I’m Tara.
That’s me 12 years ago, heading off to what turned out to be a life-changing adventure in Peru.
After 15 years as a copywriter for big brands in London, I followed a mysterious calling to work with Ayahuasca in the Amazon jungle.
I thought I’d go for two months, completely deal with my childhood trauma and come back to my life.
But I stayed in Peru for more than a year. I had wild adventures and a kundalini awakening, and apprenticed with a coca shaman. When I got home, I trained as a shamanic healer and Purpose Guide. For the next six years I helped people clear their energy and discover their soul purpose.
Then, slowly but surely, Soul guided me to bring my two loves (words and energy work) together. Now I help holistic practitioners find and embody their true soul work.

What time do we start and finish?
We start at 10am and finish at 1pm, with a 15-minute break halfway through. Tea, coffee, water and sugar-free and gluten-free snacks provided.
Where is it?
In a lovely garden studio in East Barnet, EN4. Full address provided after booking.
How do I get there?
Oakleigh Park station is a six-minute walk away. If you’re coming by car, you’re welcome to park on the drive.

Not at all. I’m a trained and experienced shamanic healer and I’ll be your guide for your first journey. I’m excitied to introduce you to the power and magic of journeying. Journeying is very relaxing. People tend to love it and can receive really helpful insights.

I believe that certain clients have a soul contract to work with us - you could call it a sacred appointment. Maybe you’ve sensed this yourself with someone you’ve worked with. I call it soulmate client to distinguish it from regular marketing speak, which talks about an ‘ideal client’, ICP (ideal client profile) or ‘avatar’. None of these include the soul dimension, and for me that’s the most important thing.

Not at all. Receiving insight and guidance from shamanic journeys doesn’t require writing skills. I’ll also help you to feel more confident with writing by teaching some copywriting techniques you can use to make it feel a lot easier. And remember that these days, unpolished writing with a human energetic signature really catches people’s attention.
