Hi! I’m Tara - shamanic healer, soul purpose guide & holistic health coach.

Eight years ago, I followed my soul to Peru – for two months, or so I thought. My soul had other plans! I stayed for a year, and nothing was ever the same again. As I awakened, and practised following my soul’s guidance, I was led to places, people, tools and trainings that helped me co-create the soul-aligned, purposeful life I have today.

I know with absolute certainty that you can live a soul-aligned life, too. Trust me – your soul knows the way to the life your mind can’t even imagine.

This plant changed my life

I’ve learned from some brilliant human teachers. But my post important educators have been the master and teacher plants I met while living in Peru.

I want to acknowledge their enormous power and wisdom, and thank Mama Coca, in particular, for her humbling, loving lessons in truth and magic. The plants are always trying to bring us back home to ourselves.

In honour of plants, trees and the natural world, I donate regularly to Treesisters, an incredible organisation working to rewild women and the world.

The photo shows me in Tingo María, Peru, next to a Coca plant. After spending hundreds of days in sacred ceremony with her, we trekked to the mountains to see her growing in her natural home. It was very emotional!
